WHSCT Southern Area Grounds Maintenance

Clive Richardson Limited were awarded the contract to carry out General Grounds Maintenance to meet the requirements of the Health and Social Care (HSC) in Northern Ireland within Lot 1 Section 1.6.2 Western Health and Social Care Trust Southern Sector. This includes the geographical area around Enniskillen stretching to Omagh to the East and Strabane to the North.

Works/duties undertaken by CRL in the operational delivery of this contract typically include the planned, preventative and emergency works concerning the following tasks:

6.Grass Lawn class A Category
7.Grass Lawn Class B Category
8.Fallen Leaf Removal
9.Management of Existing Wild Flower Areas
10.Roads, Paths and Flagged Areas
11.Application of Moss/Lichen Inhibitor
12.Litter Collection (Litter Bins)
13.Litter Picking
14.Smoking Shelters
15.Bus Shelters
16.Site Signage and Litter Bin Cleaning
17.Cleaning of Furniture including Play Equipment
18.Mechanical Road Sweeping
19.Road Gully Cleaning
20.Tree Trimming and Branching

CRL have extensive experience of these works having previously carried out the Western Health and Social Care Trust grounds maintenance for a period from 2014-2015.
